국제적 거점 형성을 목표로
국제방재·인도적 지원 협의회(DRA: Disaster Reduction Alliance)는 고베 동부 신도심을 중심으로 입지한 방재 관련 다양한 분야의 기관들이 유기적으로 연계하여, 각 기관의 기능을 보다 효과적으로 발휘함으로써 국제적인 방재 및 인도적 지원 활동에 기여하는 것을 목적으로, 국제적 거점 형성을 목표로 2002년 10월에 설립되었다.
The Disaster Reduction Alliance (DRA) was established in October 2002 with the aim of forming an international hub for disaster reduction and humanitarian assistance. It brings together a diverse range of institutions and organizations located primarily in the Kobe New Eastern City Center (HAT-Kobe), fostering organic collaboration among them. By enhancing the effectiveness of each institution’s functions through coordinated efforts, the alliance seeks to contribute to international disaster reduction and humanitarian support activities.
