Closed Days
- Mondays (if Monday is a national holiday, the museum will be open; the following weekday will be closed instead.)
- New Year Holidays (end of December to beginning of January)
- The museum is open every day during Golden Week (April 28 to May 5).
- The museum may change its opening hours or close temporarily in case of typhoons or other natural disasters.

The price listed in brackets () is the individual ticket price for groups of 20 or more.

Notes
- You must present a disability certificate or proof of age in order to be eligible for discount admission fees.
- Even if you are visiting the museum in a group of less than 20, you may be eligible for the group rate if you present certain membership cards (JAF, Co-op Kobe, etc.). For details, please ask the staff at the time of ticket purchase.
- Payment can be made by cash, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay), electronic money (iD, Kotsukei, WAON, PiTaPa), QR code (Rakuten Pay, PayPay, auPAY, MelPay, d-pay, Japan Post Pay, Alipay, WeChatPay), or by coupons issued by a travel agency. Please note that cash only may be accepted in the event of payment system malfunctions.
- Free admission is offered on the 17th of every month; if the 17th is a public holiday, free admission will offered on the 18th.

Notes
- To receive the visitor discount, please present your parking ticket and visitor ticket at the General Information Ticket Counter on the 1st floor of the West Wing.
- Visitors without a ticket (visitors using only the free zone of the museum, offices, tenants, restaurants, museum store, reference room, or lobby) will not receive a discount.
- Parking fees are only accepted in cash.
